The space

The villa is composed of a large living room through which there is direct access to the pool area and the terrace. This area has beautiful open views which can be seen in the images of the ad. The living room has a fireplace for those who want to enjoy a cozy fire in winter. Of course, the villa also has air conditioning hot and cold both in the living room, as in all rooms so that the property is always at the temperature chosen by the client. In addition, the property has 3 double bedrooms, a separate kitchen with direct access also to the pool and 2 full bathrooms.
In the outdoor area the property has beautiful natural lawn gardens with large palm trees, and fruit trees typical of the area, which give the villa a Mediterranean touch that fits perfectly with the Andalusian style of this beautiful villa.
In the entrance area of the villa there is another large terrace, where you can enjoy a good barbecue with the family and have a snack in the chill-out area that is located right next to this barbecue area.
One highlight of the property is that to access the pool can be done both from inside the property and from the barbecue area. Therefore, if you want to take a bath and then go to the barbecue area you won't have to cross wet throughout the house, don't even dry. All exterior areas are connected to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
